At the present time, we only ship within the continental US. We base the cost of shipping on the total cost of the order. We've included a chart for your convenience. Just calculate the cost of your order, look at the chart, and you will be able to determine the shipping cost.

SHIPPING POLICIES
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered as a shipping destination will be received by the customer. It will be the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure receipt.
Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as Apt. #, Floor, or Suite #.
DELIVERY TIMES
You should expect receipt of order between 2-3 weeks from the date you placed your order. An exception to this will be custom orders, which may take an additional 1-2 weeks depending on customization. PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your credit card information. Please review your order confirmation e-mail to ensure that the order is correct.
RUSH ORDERS
In the event you would like to request a Rush Order on any of the items on Irish Aisle, please call us ASAP at 1-646-801-0473 to discuss your special needs or arrangements or send an e-mail to customerservice@irishaisle.com . There may be additional fees incurred for Rush Orders. We will do everything and anything we can to accommodate you.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
If an item is not in stock when you order it you will be notified via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on the site to replace it, you will receive a full refund on your order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cashier's checks and money orders. All orders by check or money order will be sent upon receipt of payment.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order at anytime, as long as it has not been shipped. Any canceled orders will be subject to 5% cancellation charge due to transaction fees we incur after your credit card is processed.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with IRISH AISLE. We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or custom items. If you need to return merchandise for any reason, please follow our Return Policy.
DAMAGES
All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. SORRY, NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.
