Return Policy

In the unlikely event of an IrishAisle product arriving in a defective or damaged condition, you can return the item for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. We do NOT charge a restocking fee. However if you return the product for reasons other than defective or damaged goods, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance of returned goods. Once you return the item to IrishAisle, your refund or replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible. If a replacement is not immediately available from stock IrishAisle will endeavor to make one available in the shortest possible time. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, cannot be accepted for return. Returns made in packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Our 30 day return policy excludes the return of rings or any other custom sized, engraved or customized products that are in perfect condition.

To return an item, follow our three-step process:

  1. Inform IrishAisle. Please call us at 1-646-801-0473 or email us at customerservice@irishaisle.com for a Return Authorization and Ship-To Address BEFORE you return it. No Return Claims will be accepted after 30 days of your receipt of item.
  2. The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise minus any shipping costs incurred by Irish Aisle, Inc. Include all original packaging and collateral material. e.g. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
  3. Insure Your Package. If the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

PLEASE NOTE: FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.

IRISHAISLE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND THE FULL ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE INCLUDING ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS, IF THE RETURN IS AS A RESULT OF A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:  All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. SORRY, NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS
